I love eating healthy snacks, and it’s a bonus if they’re simple to make. This will satisfy your sweet tooth! For an extra, add a bit of maple syrup to make it sweeter, and/or granola to add some crunch.

Calories: non-dairy yogurt– 208 calories, greek yogurt– 178 calories
- 3/4 cup of greek yogurt (any kind of yoghurt will work: coconut/soy/almond)
- 1/3 cup of raspberries
- 1/4 cup of blueberries
- 2 tsp of pine nuts
- It’s pretty self-explanatory at this point, pour the yogurt in a bowl or jar and top it with the berries and the pine nuts.
