It’s officially been 2 weeks since turning *vegan*! I am sitting at a café, having a matcha drink (typical), and thinking of all the changes that are going on in my body & mind. I am on this incredible journey, and I want to share it (and add my voice to the ever-growing dialogue). So, here are some of the changes that I’ve noticed in myself this week!

Caitlin Shoemaker’s Macaroni Salad

*Not a recipe post!* Last weekend, I decided to have a little BBQ. It was a hot summer day, and I wanted to make something that we could enjoy outside in the sun! I made some GUSTA vegan sausages and served them with Caitlin Shoemaker’s macaroni salad. You can find her recipe here! It was really delicious and I got a lot of compliments about it. It’s perfect for summer picnics, bbqs, as a side or even as a lunch on its own. You should really try it out. The sauce is to die for! Enjoy!
